Kim U. of Camarillo, California provided the winning entry of:
“Cumulonimbus” pronounced kyoo-myuh-loh-nim-bus
Cumulonimbus is the name for those large puffy thunderhead clouds often seen proceeding a storm. The unique visual take on the cheese presentation combined with the challenging pronunciation sparked my imagination and made it the winning entry. Kim adds that since she lives in Southern California, “seeing big, beautiful clouds is a rare treat around here, so I tend to take notice and think appreciative thoughts whenever they appear.” and “the thought of a gorgeous cumulonimbus cloud came to me immediately when I saw the photo of your cheese.”
Kim has already claimed her prize. She and her husband will be combining a mini vacation to Nashville while attending one our goat milk cheese workshops.
Thanks to all that participated!
